Customer Service/ Insurance:
Summary:Â
Local independent insurance company is looking for a full-time, licensed, customer service specialist. Potential candidates must have exceptional customer service skills. This position will include the following: operating the front desk, quoting personal lines insurance, assisting with filing claims, coverage, customer care mail, billing, maintaining vendor relationships.
Full-time: 8:30am-5:00pm
Qualifications:
-High school diploma/G.E.D and customer service experience
-Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeÂ
Preferred:
-1-3 years insurance experience
-Personal insurance licenceÂ
-Associate degree or higher
-Experience with AMS 360 and PL Rater software
-Bilingual is a plus
