Title: Project Manager
Location: Dubuque, Iowa 52003
Pay: $53 per hour (Weekly pay)
Term: 9-month contract (potential for permanent)Â

Our client, a leader in healthcare technology, is seeking a Project Manager to help with operational initiatives and process improvement projects through the project lifecycle. In this position, you will manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate closely with project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Provides a single point of contact for projects.
Take projects from original concept through final implementation.
Supports customers, client services and various departments (e.g. marketing, software development etc.).
Define project scope and objectives.
Coordinate all aspects of project and serves as project manager between stakeholders, management and internal and external resources.
Plan and direct schedules and project budgets.
Assess project issues and create resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
Develop work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports.
Conduct project meetings and to ensure timely project deliverables.
Provide project management guidance to project team.
Recommend action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems.
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in project management.
3+ years of formal project management experience
Previous experience in building and presenting project plans and business requirements to internal or external clients
Ability to manage multiple projects toward effective solutions and according to budget and timelines
Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Strong prioritization, multitasking, problem-solving and organizational skills
Working knowledge of project management
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred
Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
