ACCOUNTANT CLERK
TEMPORARY COULD TURN PERM
CONTRACT UP TO 16 WEEKS
WAGES: $20-$24/HOUR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete month end accounting processes
Post journal entries, reconcile and prepare monthly financial statements
Bank statement and credit card reconciliation
Assist with budget preparation
Accounts receivable, post payments, analyze customer accounts
Inventory reconciliation
Assist in annual audit
Assist with payroll
Assist with accounts payable check run
Analyze product costing concerns
Analyze utility bills
Analyze financial statements
Travel to other locations to conduct audits
Assist with inventory roll outs
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree preferred
3 years accounting experience
Proficient in MS Office
Attention to detail
