Requirements:
12 Months recent OTR experience
Valid Class A CDL
No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past five years
No reckless driving
No DUI or DWI within the past 5 years
No more than 2 moving violations in the past three years
All felonies will be reviewed on a case by case basis
