Hardie
Nichiha
Trim:
Multi-Unit Residential Trim
Commercial Trim
Base / Case / Pre-Hung Door Crews
Cabinet Crews
Solid Surface Showers and Counters
We provide materials, fasteners, and onsite management; you provide the labor. We have work in the Des Moines, Iowa area, work throughout Iowa, and work in Northern MO.
We require a subcontract agreement and insurance (General Liability and if you have employees Workers Compensation. If you have a crew but 1099 them, we need certificates of their GL.)
