Like to earn commission on your services and retail sales but guaranteed hourly rate if you dont achieve your commission goals.
Like to work in a licensed, insured, professional salon and spa as a W2 employee.
Care for people, are empathetic, respectful and passionate about the beauty industry.
Like to use and sell premium products such as Paul Mitchell.
Want to grow your career in the beauty industry including management, CE and training classes.
