Maintenance Technician for Des Moines Multi Family Community
Completes work orders and other community maintenance
o Ensures the complete resolution of all assigned work orders.
o Adheres to the highest level of customer service and quality standards.
o Strives to make the community appearance at or above quality standards at all times. This would include picking up trash, cleaning buildings and amenities on an ongoing basis.
o Throughout the day, looks for needed maintenance and liability hazards and reports them to Manager.
Prepares vacant apartments for move in
o Reviews the make-ready board and follows through on direction from the manager to determine action to be taken on vacant apartments.
o Makes all repairs and replacements necessary for the apartment to be occupied.
Completes all assigned preventive work orders for each month. Ensures checks are completed and that all logs are kept current.
Ability to be on call 24/7 two times every month.
Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
