Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to our residents and applicants
Manage the marketing and leasing of the properties
Maintain a positive professional rapport with our residents
Manage apartment turnovers and show apartments
Qualifications:
Ability to handle multiple tasks while paying strict attention to detail
Strong computer skills
Experience with Appfolio is helpful but not required
Strong leadership and time management
Team player, with an open-mind and flexible with working hours
Need reliable transportation
