Apartment porters assist with property upkeep and curb appeal and are eligible for our full benefit package, HUGE opportunity for advancement. Ability to work part time or full time.
Responsibilities Include:
Basic grounds maintenance
Trash and debris pickup
Weeding, planting, mulch
Light snow removal, sweeping of entry ways
Change of light bulbs
Touch up paint of interior and exterior of our communities
Basic cleaning and maintenance of pools and hot tubs
Light repairs
Cleaning and balancing pools
Qualifications:
Experience with pools desired but not required
Some past experience with grounds keeping or landscaping a plus
Must be dependable and punctual with a clear background check
