Working as an independent contractor the RN would do assessments for the agency and provide referrals when possible. The RN would be paid for each completed assessment in accordance with the insurance company's requirements. The RN can work as much or as little as they want with a minimum of completing three assessments a week with most assessments being completed in an hour.
As a non-medical company, the RN would refer services for including but not limited to: personal hygiene care which includes bathing/showering and sponge baths, homemaking, and lighthouse cleaning services. Possible referral bonus (per referral) of $250 for any referrals that schedule a job at least thirty shift hours per week.
