Our Service Technicians help coffee shops and restaurants run smoothly by providing onsite coffee equipment problem-solving and excellent customer service. Is this you? The How

You’ll receive your service calls each morning through dispatch. You’ll travel to each customer’s location, where you will use your problem solving, technical/mechanical, and customer service skills to fix machines and talk to customers. get equipment up and running. You’ll communicate clearly, consistently, and courteously with both customers and the service team.

After one year, you will know you were successful if:

You’ve used your technical/mechanical skills to fix and troubleshoot the variety of beverage equipment the company supports. This includes performing preventative maintenance, completing equipment installations, and repairing specialty coffee equipment.

You have mastered our field service system and are able to navigate various company systems, fill out checklists properly, and use service completion mobile apps.

You’re a particularly good fit for this position if:

You have a 2-year degree from a technical school or have experience in HVAC, automotive repair, electrical, or of course any coffee/espresso experience. You have a valid driver’s license and the ability to be insured through ESI’s insurance provider.

You are available to be on-call periodically.
