Uncle Bucks Fishbowl & Grill is now hiring for a Restaurant Manager!
The Restaurant Manager role includes all facets of restaurant operations. As a member of the 3 member management team, the Restaurant Manager, with limited supervision, is responsible for the daily operations of the bar, host, and/or service teams. Responsibilities also include restaurant appearance and presentation, customer experience, professional leadership and direction to all employees. Our Restaurant Managers also assist with back-of-the-house in addition to managing P&L cost centers for our concept. Our Restaurant Managers are the face of Bass Pro Shops in our communities and is a key position in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Requirements:
2 years full service restaurant management experience
Experience in managing beer, wine and liquor and knowledge of state and local liquor laws
Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Self-motivated, results driven, possess organizational and critical thinking skills
