Anthem’s Saleforce.com CoE is developing a dedicated Solution Consulting team to assist in the development of strategy and advisory services. The team will be comprised of innovators and problem solvers who apply their digital marketing, CRM and executive-level business acumen coupled with our proven Salesforce methodology to deliver comprehensive business and CRM engagement strategies that differentiate and win. As a Salesforce Scrum Master Advisor you will be responsible for the administrative, coaching and leadership roles that make Scrum development/delivery possible.Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Work with business partners to identify and implement multiple and complex technical systems and/or products of varying sizes.

Manage medium to large systems and/or products.

Act as a buffer between the team and process overhead, so each team member can focus on the timely delivery of software.

Shield the team from interruptions and removes obstacles that may impact the delivery of the product.

Guide the teams operations by facilitating ceremonies (e.g. daily standup, sprint planning) and instilling Agile principles into daily activities to ensure smooth functioning of the delivery team.

Facilitate internal and external communications (e.g. task coordination, progress tracking/reporting, dependency management).

Ensure team is well-informed on internal and external initiatives and activities.

Keep external stakeholders, collaborates, and other interested parties are well-informed on team progress and activities.

Ensure smooth delivery of team, tracks and removes and obstacles and barriers that may prevent progress.

Here is what we need from you:

BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with IT focus degree

7 years’ experience implementing Agile methodologies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

5+ years working on the delivery of CRM and related applications.

Experience with Salesforce

Must be highly effective at working with all levels of resources and leadership.

Strong communication skills, customer relationship management skills and team leadership skills are paramount to the success of this role.

Must be a results oriented, get things done leader – with a history of success and the desire to help an organization evolve and grow

Salesforce Admin Certification a plus

Preferred CSM, CSPO or equivalent; Preferred experience within medium sized Agile implementations (e.g. 5-7 teams)
