JTerm Adjunct Instructor Travel - 3836JADescription:Looking for applicants to co-lead travel seminar abroad in England for J-term 2020. Responsibilities will include: supervision of students during the course of the seminar (This includes ensuring student engagement in seminar activities, communicating regularly with students throughout the seminar, responding to student questions and concerns, and an active awareness of student whereabouts). Facilitate reflection/discussion during seminar (This may include group reflection, one-on-one, oral/written, formal/informal). Participate in Health and Safety travel seminar training. Respond to any physical or mental health emergencies, behavioral issues, and emergency situations that arise. Responsibilities may include: assisting lead instructor with logistical arrangements, marketing and recruitment, administrative oversight of the seminar, pre-departure orientations, and re-entry programming.
