It all begins with you.Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company’s financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company’s shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.Data Management & Insights (DMI) is transforming the way that Wells Fargo uses and manages data. Our work enables Wells Fargo to empower and inform our team members, deliver exceptional experiences for our customers, and meet the elevated expectations of our regulators. The team is responsible for designing the future data environment, defining data governance and oversight, and partnering with technology to operate the data infrastructure for the company. This team also provides next generation analytic insights to drive business strategies and help meet our commitment to satisfy our customers’ financial needs.Enterprise Data Governance (EDG) leads the governance for data management risk across the enterprise. The data governance model includes policy, data issue management oversight, data management risk governance, and shared services support across these functional roles, including analytics & reporting.The Business Execution, Analytics & Reporting (BEAR) function within EDG is responsible for coordinating the management and oversight of key strategic initiatives, governance, reporting, and cross-functional activities. This team has four key functions:

The Strategy & Initiatives team will maintain and further develop the EDG Operating Model, including Vision, Strategic Plan, and Roadmap; oversee and manage EDG Program Delivery, including BLM & metric definition, management, and status reporting; and lead and/or participate in high priority data related initiatives representing EDG’s interests, EDG TOM alignment & successful execution.This Business Execution & Strategy Lead role is responsible for driving overall program implementation across all EDG functional areas, providing strategic and tactical guidance and support to stakeholder teams involved in developing data-related strategies, tools, roadmaps, plans, or initiatives, coordinating and overseeing governance routines and ensuring alignment with domain governance activities, and leading, managing, and representing high priority data initiatives. Activities include process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives, and ongoing oversight of EDG program. This Lead is responsible for the integration and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives across EDG, and ensures EDG program adheres to appropriate policies and regulations.Position Responsibilities:

Lead & deliver business initiatives to ensure initiatives are planned, managed, and completed successfully, including interaction with DMI & EDG leadership and stakeholder teams

Lead & support EDG’s role in enterprise initiatives relating to risk & regulatory data (e.g. Risk TOS, BCBS 239, data privacy)

Lead & collaborate with other key stakeholder functions to ensure ongoing strategic and tactical guidance and initiative support is provided, as necessary (e.g. strategy development, tooling development, maturity and/or capability assessments, DMBOK alignment, etc.)

Participate in high priority data initiatives across DMI and the broader Wells Fargo enterprise

Partner with other DMI & Data Transformation Program teams as necessary to ensure ongoing alignment

Provide leadership and support to other consultants and analysts in the integration/implementation of EDG’s programs/services/initiatives with cross functional business partners

Ensure initiatives, plans, and programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations

Ensure initiative related risks and issues are managed in an effective and efficient manner

Develop metrics and ensure accurate initiative status reporting is produced

Create efficiency and effectiveness through identification of improvement opportunities and associated proposals

Locations: Preferred locations are listed, however other U.S. Wells Fargo footprint locations may be considered.Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

Desired Qualifications:

1+ year of compliance and regulatory systems experience

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization

1+ years of business process experience

Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
