Bilingual Clinic Support Worker - East Side Clinic

As a Clinic Support Worker, you will be a member of the Patient Care Team supporting the delivery of healthcare by providing clinical care and administrative support as delegated by professional clinical staff. You will follow up on patient identified goals, identify and match patient needs with community resources, provide interpretation and translation services, and advocate for culturally diverse patients.
