State of the art retail facility at Grimes Tire is seeking a motivated, Receptionist to join our growing team. The Receptionist provides prompt, courteous service to customers either on the phone or in person.
Full time Monday thru Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm. 12.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers who enter the store.
Ensure high quality customer service.
Ensure a smooth flow of customers through the store.
Answer incoming calls and inquires.
Present special offers to customers when dropping off their vehicle
Obtain and document information from the customer.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Check on status and notify customers when repairs are complete.
Handle all customer payment and credit transactions.
Assist the Office Manager with various clerical duties as needed.
Perform basic administrative and other duties as assigned.
Maintain the appearance of the lobby and surrounding work area.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to sell products/offers to customers is a Must.
Detailed oriented to ensure accuracy.
Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems without assistance.
Experience handling multiple phone lines.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Strong customer service skills.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
