Part-time Property Manager

Looking for someone to help with renting a home in Des Moines. Annual Lease signing, Tenant showings and inspections.

This is a very part time responsibility : On call when I need you.

You would have the extra keys to the home.

Would be responsible for leases, billing when needed etc.

Possible calls when handy man is needed.

If you are "handy" , I would pay you to do the work yourself.

I pay $20 hr when working.

I will be available for interviews Next week 6/24 - 6/28
