IMMEDIATE NEED for permanent Customer Service Specialist at a luxury dog facility. Full and Part time available. Candidate must have a love for working with people and dogs, and must be able to conduct themselves with poise under pressure. Solid multitasking, attention to detail, phone and computer skills are a must. Much of the job entails answering questions and taking reservations, in person and over the phone.
A fun, energetic, hard-working attitude is required to excel in this position. We work hard and have a lot of fun in the process. The candidate must be okay with some physical duties, such as fast walking (to retrieve dogs), guiding dogs of all sizes on leash, daily cleaning tasks, etc. Basic computer skills required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to work every other weekend if full time, every weekend if part time, and around holidays, as we are a 365 day/year business.
Shift times:
Mon-Fri 6:15 am-12:15 pm and 1:45-7 pm
Sat 7:30-11 am and 3:30-7 pm
Sun 3:30-7 pm
Starting pay $10.00/ hour with a guaranteed .50 raise at 3 months. Health insurance available for full time employees. (Rate during training period is $9.00 /hour. Training typically takes 2-3 weeks.)
