Payroll Coordinator:
Processes bi-weekly payroll (and special payrolls) for team members
Inputs data including hours worked, taxes, insurance and other deductions to be withheld and employee
identification into ADP
Computes changes affecting net wages such as exemptions, insurance coverage, and loan payments for individual
employees and updates personnel records. Verifies updates to data files in master payroll records
Records data concerning transfer of employees between units
Back up for Accounting analysis and cash transfers from general cash account to payroll accounts
Coordinates additions, changes and deletions from company sponsored insurance programs to insure
appropriate information is distributed to employees and that coverage is extended as appropriate.
Assists staff in accessing individual on-line payroll accounts
Coordinates with HR re: termination process including pay-outs of PTO and severance pay
Monitors, collects & submits appropriate information to TASC and FADV for WOTC
Reviews withholdings including garnishments and subsequent disbursements along with related filings for all
state and federal payroll tax liabilities
Reviews and reconciles 401K withholdings to disbursements made to Administrator and to CMCos General
Ledger
Prepares annual payroll reports required by insurance company audits to determine final general and workers
compensation premium liability
Reconciles payroll withholdings by state for yearend financial review
Prepares Review related payroll work papers for annual Federal and State Tax filings under the direction of the
CFO
HR Support
Cross-trained in all HR functions (see Human Relation job description dated 2/26/15)
Coordinates HR related special projects as directed
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
Experience with payroll software (ADP a plus)
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Wage: $16.00-$18.00
