Top Gun Painting, LLC is FAST Growing Small family owned commercial/residential painting business in need of Full Time person for a Human Relations/Finance person.
Duties are as follows, but not limited to:
Invoices and AIA 702/703 reports
Filing
Answering phone calls
Answering emails
Providing owner with monthly budget and actual spending reports, job tracking etc
Collect and record employee hours from field job supervisors (via text messaging)
Work with payroll processor
Work with health insurance provider
Write/Update Procedure Manuals/Job Scopes
In Office interviews/reviews
Assist with Tax preparation for Accountant
Others duties/reports as needed
Must:
Be a Team player and Team Lead
Book Keeping or Finance Experience is required
HR Experience
Office work experience (construction business a PLUS)
Professional appearance and manner
Excellent oral and written skills
Energetic and friendly
Able to multi-task and have organizational skills (split time between HR/Finance)
Attention to details
Time management is a must
Meet or exceed deadlines
Word and Excel proficiency
Ability to work independently and as a Team Member
Benefits:
