Are you a detail oriented, efficient, motivated, self-starter accountant looking for a unique new challenge? We are a growing small business that helps support small businesses with their accounting needs. We mainly work remotely but some onsite work may be necessary. This is currently a part-time position, 20-25 hours per week to start. Must be available day hours. Ideal candidate would have a degree in accounting, experience with Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop, Xero and other accounting software. Other qualifications include experience with Excel, payroll, and payroll and sales tax submission. Additionally, good written/verbal skills and professional appearance are a must.
Experience working with small businesses in all is a huge plus. We are a company whose mission is to keep accurate and up to date bookkeeping and aiding in the success of the business.Most of the work can be done from a home office but occasionally we have a client that requires onsite help. We are flexible on the number of hours that you are able to work but it must be consistent on a weekly basis and you must available for client correspondence and to complete tasks on schedule.
