It all begins with you.The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Our guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively.Our Consumer Credit Solutions (CCS) Collections and Servicing team works with past-due customers to offersolutions for bringing credit card, student loan, personal line and loan, direct auto, retail services and depositaccounts up-to-date. The group also provides customer service for student loan and retail services accountsand works with customers to resolve disputed charges on credit card accounts.This group provides recovery collections and customer service for personal lines and loans accounts.Job responsibilities may include: Expert level role responsible for providing a quality customer experience while working to collect/resolveoutstanding account balances May develop location information about debtors for purpose of collecting past due payments Works in a professional, customer-centric high volume environment contacting customers to determinereason for payment delinquency and to obtain payment commitment Has higher level of decision making authority when working accounts Mitigates risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, as well as local, state and federal regulations Researches and provides guidance to resolve the most complex escalated inquiries and issues May assist with compiling statistical reports and other special projectsWork Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00 PM, with one weeknight (TBD) from 10am - 7pm.Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer contact, customer service, or sales environment, including 2+ years of collections experience

Desired Qualifications:

Ability to manage to production goals, deadlines, and various metrics

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Knowledge and understanding of Hogan

Exposure to Wells Fargo eCaR (Enterprise Collections and Recovery) system

Knowledge and understanding of FDR (First Data Resources)

Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
