Project sights will include new construction commercial buildings, hotels, multi-family housing and single family residences.
Must have excellent technical skills and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. This person must work in a fast-paced environment and must also possess a high degree of integrity and the ability to analyze a variety of problems and work independently. This position requires mature judgment and initiative. Time management and organizational skills are also essential.
Job Duties
-Installation of siding and all relative materials to complete the job.
-Work with other installers, maintaining high quality and timely job performance.
-Able to lift minimum 75 lbs. and occasional 100+ lbs.
-Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings.
-Provide own small hand tools.
-Climb ladders, scaffolding and use man lifts to perform work duties.
-Operate tools including nail gun, hammer, saw and tape measure.
-Read, understand, and install according to construction plans.
Qualifications
-1+ years siding experience required
-Drivers License- Reliable transportation
-Flexible work schedule and ability to work overtime/ weekends as needed
-Weight Restriction: 75 LB MINIMUM
