Looking for independent contractors to perform exterior & interior property/construction inspections. (Sorry we are not looking for home inspectors) Professional credentials are preferred but not required however we are seeking individuals with a business license and appropriate insurance coverage for the type of inspections we need. You will be using our form/template so we will provide guidance on the process, what is required and how to properly document the inspection. Assignments will be “as needed” and will depend on your location relative to our properties. The ability to travel within a reasonable territory is preferred and will ensure more assignments. Compensation will be an agreed upon fixed price and will be appropriate to cover your time, travel and reasonable expenses. Computer skills are needed as completed reports will be scanned and emailed to our office. Kindly reply to this post with your resume and letter of introduction for consideration.
