Family Owned Roofing, Siding, exterior and interior Company, will be hiring professional, Industrious Individuals to represent our company and assist homeowners with Insurance storm damage funding as well as bid work that comes your way.
No measuring roofing or siding required. Insurance sets the pricing. We have many examples of homes that came out beautifully after we have roofed and or sided their homes with the homeowner paying only a deductible of 500, 1000, or 1500 for jobs that would have been 12 to 40 thousand out of pocket. Some experience required yet this is a learning process. A trusting relationship will be required as you will be receiving leads for the CR area as well as leads homeowners give you as you help them get funded.
If you have experience in this field, or have eyes, you know how to spot dented metal siding and other storm damage just by walking around a property. If you want to work for a reasonable, calm, friendly and flexible company and earn very good money helping people, this may be the job for you.
Compensation. We pay what we say. We do not promise outrageous pay then play games with your money.
Our average project is 9 to 15 thousand. You will have a very simple compensation structure and you will have the report for each project so you know what you will be paid. An above average representative will bring in three down payment checks a week and will make over a grand a week , with roughly the same or more when the final payout comes through. A top producer will deposit over 1500 a week into his bank every week.
Construction season is going on Now! Time to put seven grand a month in your pocket. Seasonal? Hardly. We did roofing right up until December 20th, and resumed in January. Siding we do 11 months out of the year, interior work year round.
Don't like the cold? Knock it out of the park during May, June, July, August and September, earn your 90 Grand and take November, December and January off. Don't know everything about construction? You are an Inspector and Storm Damage Detective , not a Sider or Nail gun operator, we have crews that do that.
Must have presentable, dependable, insured transportation and a valid driver's license or work with someone that does. If you are a go getter you will make good money helping good homeowners.
The big four Insurance companies often write the storm damage check on the spot. You could turn in three, even small down payments the week of May 20th through the 25th and get paid a thousand dollars on your first week.

We are compliant with Iowa Law and we are reasonable about the expectations we set and then we Over Deliver for our customers and provide incentives and bonuses for our representatives. We coach, encourage and provide ongoing training yet we do not micro manage. Four days a week in the field and a half day on most Saturdays.
