Maintenance tech needed primarily for a 60 unit senior complex located in Cedar Rapids, IA. This is a part time position, but temporarily will also be working at a 24 unit complex in Hiawatha, IA. Ideal Candidate must be friendly, organized, have some computer skills and provide your own small tools. Previous Maintenance experience is required. Experience in appliance repair a plus.
Job entails everyday Maintenance duties such as plumbing, electrical, major and minor repairs, making keys, trash pick-up on grounds and common areas, etc. Yard work and snow removal. Candidate must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation. Will need to pass background check and drug screening.
