The Colonial Estates Mobile Home park is looking for a someone to manage the day to day routine of the community. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, possess the ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast paced environment. Candidates must have excellent customer services and communication skills.
Job Duties:
Maintain positive relations with residents and prospects
Be the first point of contact for anyone interested in learning more about our community in-person, via
email and through telephone inquiries
Assist with rent collections
Oversee the fast turnover of vacant homes
Flexible, outgoing, authentic personality
Oversee plumbers, electricians, and other vendors who come to work on property to ensure work is completed
Show homes, process applications and other leasing activities
Manage and organize paperwork.
Special projects as assigned by the Community
Ability to work weekdays and some Saturdays
