Collegiate Communities (C2) in West Lafayette is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their Maintenance team. Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Certifications desired but not required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Good oral and written communication skills
Math proficiency sufficient to assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring and other maintenance needs
Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements and applicable program regulations
