Our office manages around 200 rentals in the Downtown Lafayette Area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintenance Technician for apartments, townhouses & single-family homes
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Driver's License
Own Transportation (truck/van preferred)
HVAC & Electrical Certifications preferred but not required
Ability To Work 40+ hours as needed
Open Mind & Willing to Learn
Experience With Plumbing, Electrical, Dry-walling, Appliance Repair a plus but not required
This position will require a rotating on call schedule including weekends
