Customer Service Representative
Immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative- interview now
Our small locally-owned wholesale distribution company is based on providing a positive experience for every customer and fast delivery of the products they need. We are building a team of customer service representatives that are the face of our brand.
Responsibilities:
Answers incoming customer calls regarding orders, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns
Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
Update customer information/transactions in the customer service database (Peachtree/Sage) during and after each call
Process incoming orders following company processes
Interact with customers on phone and thru email
Provide all other office functions as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:
At least 18 or high school diploma or GED.
1-3 years Customer service experience desired
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience required
Willing to learn and apply new skills
Able to start at least on a part time basis within the next 7 10 days.
