This summer internship will provide first-hand experiences associated with multiple roles and responsibilities with on-site management.
Apply the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom to real life, on the job practices and procedures in property management.
Achieve an orientation to the business environment, operations and procedures as well as understanding Sterlings culture.
Implement, develop and/or refine skills in leasing, administrative, leadership and development.
Understanding career options within Sterling and Property Management industry.
Marketing research to understand pricing strategies.
Develop and refine problem-solving techniques.
Refine leasing sales, customer service and communication skills.
Implement actions to implement Fair Housing best practices.
Budget understanding and accountability.
Understanding career options within Sterling and Property Management industry.
Tasks and development will vary based on the point of which you are in the program.
Opportunity to assess and determine if there is a good fit for on-site management development.
