We are looking to hire a semi-retired or retired gentleman that would be able to specialize in some electrical and plumbing maintenance. You would be servicing properties in Middlebury and Angola Indiana, as well as White Pigeon and Sturgis Michigan. This will be the general area. Details of the job would include any maintenance that will need done and inspections of empty units and fixing whatever was damaged. You will also be overseeing maintenance on all properties and the maintenance projects we currently have going on. This would include part time to some full time work depending on the work load we have in the maintenance department. We would prefer you have your own tools but we can work around this. Must be able to send and receive emails and know how to operate a computer/smart phone.
