Safe Food Handlers Corporation is looking for a part-time instructor for the 8-hour Food Manager Course and Exam. We are looking for someone to cover our Northeast Indiana classes. Travel to and from these locations is required and transportation will be compensated. Areas you would cover would be South Bend, Fort Wayne, Marion, Elkhart, Warsaw and Anderson. The ideal candidate will have experience in Education, Hospitality Management, and/or Food Service Management. You will teach between 3-6 classes per month covering Personal Hygiene, Cross Contamination, Food borne Illnesses, Facility Sanitation, HACCP, etc. The ideal candidate for this position would be reliable, own a vehicle that can travel to these locations, and must have a flexible schedule.
