Part-time self-storage manager needed to work an average of 2 hrs/day Mon-Sat. MUST BE LOCAL Available to take customer calls between 8 am and 5pm daily (only several calls come in per day). We provide company cell phone, Mon-Sat daily walk-thru of facility to check on units (put on and take off red locks for delinquent payments). Use management software to enter new move-ins, move-outs, and register payments. Collect mail and process check payments. Take deposits to the bank as needed. Arrange for lawn maintenance/snow removal. Call delinquent customers to request payment on overdue units. Calling customers who make a reservation online. Sending short daily e-mail to management to update on activities for the day.
Pay is a flat $600/mo PLUS a bonus of $10 per new move-in. Last year we averaged 14 move-ins per month June-Sept.
