Maintenance Technician

Regional Property Management Company is searching for a polished, professional Maintenance Technician with solid organizational abilities. Candidates should be a self-starting, go getter and possess a high level of motivation to complete tasks in an efficient, timely and proficient manner. HVAC Experience
Duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
Number 1 priority will be to punch vacant units - we are absolutely Passionate about the condition and appearance of the apartments that we provide to new residents!
Completion of resident service requests and all related property maintenance, both interior and exterior, in a timely manner
Rotating on-call and weekends are an essential part of the position and the success of the community.
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, building, structural and other related areas
Provide assistance and expertise to other maintenance personnel with service related matters and ensure resident service satisfaction
Maintain open communication with management and effectively communicate with residents, in both verbal and written forms, in a courteous, professional manner
Help in ongoing upkeep of community's curb appeal, including picking up trash on the community grounds, maintaining landscaping beds, and other areas
Seasonal maintenance and upkeep of the community swimming pool
Coordinate and execute special projects, as directed by the Property Manager or Maintenance Super
HVAC Universal Certification is helpful, your own tools/truck and a MINIMUM of 1 year onsite apartment maintenance experience is required. Our company will perform a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
