Job Details:
Promote brand awareness and the Vie experienceÂ
Greet and converse with guests in accordance with our customer service standardsÂ
Outreach marketing to local business and universitiesÂ
Develop creative marketing strategies to generate qualified trafficÂ
Exhibit the benefits and features of our apartment homes by going on guided sales tours of the communityÂ
Answer all incoming phone calls in a professional mannerÂ
Ensure the model apartment home(s) in the property is consistently maintained in outstanding conditionÂ
Lead and prospect follow ups and managementÂ
Maintain a professional appearance at all timesÂ
Understand apartment terminology, community policies, rules, and regulationÂ
Understand and comply with Fair Housing Law
Requirements
Education and Experience:
High School or equivalent 1 year of experience in a sales, retail, hospitality, or multifamily industry roleÂ
Sales and customer service experienceÂ
Experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
Required Skills:
Highly proficient in professional phone sales techniquesÂ
Ability to speak and interact with people either over the phone or in personÂ
Strong customer service skills, professionalism & self-confidence are a MUST!Â
