We are currently seeking a candidate for a part-time janitorial position in the Anderson area. There are three sites that are close to each other and each site takes roughly an hour to finish the cleaning.
The cleaning can be performed anytime after 5:30 PM and the service frequency is 3 times per week (T/Th/Sat or Sun). We provide all cleaning equipment/supplies. Please note we can change the schedule if M/W/F works better.
Requirements:
- Ability to carry a commercial backpack/upright vacuum
- Valid driver's license
- Transportation
- Contact number to receive work orders/work-related phone calls
- Positive attitude
- Background check passed (IMPORTANT - DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT PASS BG TEST)
- Drug Screen passed (IMPORTANT - DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT PASS THE SCREEN)
- Prefer prior cleaning experience but not required (will train)
Job Duties:
- Securing facility keys (VERY IMPORTANT)
- General Cleaning
- Dusting, Sweeping, Vacuuming, Mopping, etc
- Cleaning Restrooms and Restocking Dispensers
- Report any Maintenance Issues and Supply Status
Salary: Anderson $480/month
