We offer drivers the following:
Small Family Owned Company/ Operating Newer Equipment with 32-40 Trucks.
Starting pay .50 cent per mile/ALL MILES with performance based increases after 90 days
Excellent Benefits Package-Medical /Dental/ Vision, Life Insurance with STD/LTD.
401-K plan.
Vacation/Personal and Sick Days, 10 days after 1 year, 15 days after 5 years of service. 2 Person/ 3 Sick after 90 Days.
Progressive stop pay - detention AND layover pay.
Recruiting bonuses
Safety, service, & fuel economy bonuses based on all miles driven and paid twice per year
Multiple home time options (dependent on where you live)
To be considered for a driving position, you must have the following:
Must hold a valid Class A CDL
Must have a driving record in good standing
Minimum of 2 years Over The Road experience or have graduated from an Accredited School and willing to train over the road
Positive Attitude
Professional appearance
