$20-25/HR + mileage / PAID WEEKLY
SOME PROJECTS WILL BE PAID "BY THE JOB".
We are a small real-estate investments company currently seeking a qualified individual private contractor to be on call to do a wide range of work on a variety of our properties throughout Indiana.
WE CURRENTLY HAVE THREE (4) BIG PROJECTS READY TO BEGIN IN JOHNSON, HAMILTON, and CARROLL COUNTIES.
The type of work to be done can range from changing locks to complete gut and remodel of entire property.
A qualified candidate must be able to do or sub-contract the following work:
-HOME INSPECTION
-HVAC (plus able to pull permits as needed)
-ELECTRICAL (plus able to pull permits as needed)
-PLUMBING (plus able to pull permits as needed)
-CARPENTRY
-ROOFING
-BUILD / REPAIR DECKS
-INSTALL / REPAIR WINDOWS and DOORS
-FINISH DETAILS: TRIM, MOLDING, CAULK, FINAL CLEANING.
-WORK IN ATTICS
-WORK IN CRAWL SPACES
-ALL VARIETY OF HOME HANDYMAN, REMODEL, AND RENOVATION WORK.
-PAINTING AND DRY WALL EXPERIENCE IS A HUGE PLUS.
WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO "SUB-OUT" ALL NEEDED WORK, however, for some work you are unable to do, qualified candidate must be able to find and contract workers as needed to help complete the job.
A qualified candidate must:
-BE ABLE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AND WORK UNSUPERVISED.
-BE ORGANIZED AND HAVE GOOD MULTI-TASK & TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
-HAVE VERY RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
-HAVE A RELIABLE COMPUTER AND PHONE.
-HAVE ALL NEEDED TOOLS.
-BE HONEST, HARDWORKING, DEPENDABLE, AND TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK.
-BE ABLE TO CONDUCT THEM SELF IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AT ALL TIME.
-BE COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH PEOPLE FROM ALL SOCIOECONOMIC LEVELS.
-NEVER DRINK or DO DRUGS ON THE JOB.
-HAVE NEVER BEEN CONVICTED OF A FELONY.
-NOT SMOKE INSIDE HOMES.
-HAVE GOOD REFERENCES.
