PME is seeking candidates for the position of Hardware Installer/Support Technician. The computer installation work will be performed in offices throughout the state. Typical Work Hours are Monday thru Saturday.
All applicants must have an interest in computer technology. All candidates must pass a comprehensive criminal
background check, as well as drug screening/testing. Additionally, you will need to be 18 years old and have a clean driving record.

6:00 AM 2:00 PM
2:00 PM 10:00 PM
There may be a need for Saturday support.
Specific information related to the position includes:
Installers/Support Technician.
Experienced computer technician capable of removing existing equipment from workstation.
Installing new computers, monitors, cameras and peripherals at the workstations.
Able to operate simple tools like; screwdriver or drill necessary for the installation of equipment.
Troubleshooting any issues/concerns that may arise during the installation process.
Strong attention to detail in collecting serial numbers and sign-off documents.
Use good judgement when encountering issues with equipment or material.
Providing customized training to understand the new system and functions of the software.
Acting as a consultant by educating and improving productivity to allow proper execution of their business.
Must be able to:

Able to travel and drive to branches drive time is compensated.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., but typically not more than 30 lbs. (average desktop computer).
Must have access to a phone that has email, pictures and messaging.
