Seeking highly motivated and dedicated Security Officers for full-time and part-time positions in Plainfield, IN area. The contract is for a large-scale corporation warehouse security. All positions are competitively paid and are based on experience with ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT (on the job training is provided).
Security Officer Requirements:
Minimum Age: 18
Possess a High School Diploma or GED
Must have reliable transportation (buses, taxis, relatives, and friends are exempt).
Must have active and reliable form of communication, which can be either a residential (home) phone and/or a cell phone.
Be willing to submit a drug screening.
Must be able to stand or walk or long periods of time.
Must be able to accept occasional overtime hours (remaining on post after scheduled shift ends, arriving early, or accepting a post on an off day and performing training on off hours).
Must speak, read, and write English clearly.
Must have or be able and willing to obtain CPR certification (training provided).
Must be able to or willing to learn how to operate state of the art electronic software and hardware (specific posts where applicable, with training provided).
Interviews will be held with the VSS Branch Manager or Scheduling Manager after a review of the applicant’s qualifications. Pay rates for all above positions are based on your professional experience and/or our Clients.
Security officers will be held to high standards when it comes to appearance, professionalism, and work performance. If you are unable to meet any of the requirements listed above and/or are unable to accept a work schedule due to personal preference or prior commitments, please do not consider a position with VSS Security Services.
