Mobile Home Park Manager
We are looking for an experienced manager toÂhelp us upgrade ourÂ88 site Avon Village Mobile Home Park on Route 36 in Avon, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity to become a vital part of our growing company.
The candidate should have at least 1 year of real estate management experience, be very organized, and have a professional appearance and attitude.
Responsibilities of the position include managing the property, managing maintenance people, showing rental homes, selling homes, performing minor maintenance, collecting rent, handling tenant evictions, preparing leases and marketing the property.
This full time position starts at $550/week plus commission. Paid vacations. We do not offer health insurance. Please respond with your resume.
