We are looking for the right candidate to join our Management company as a Residential Property Manager.
The Property Manager will assist in all operations with residents, staff, vendors as well as the corporate office on a day to day basis.
Qualifications:
As an agent for the owner, the Property Manager will handle and assists with all matters related to the successful day to day operation and maintenance of the properties, budgets, marketing compliance and effective management of risk and liability.
This person is expected to deliver the best in customer service through quick and effective response to our residents and prospects to ensure all fair housing laws are applicably applied.
Drive the organization towards industry tools with advertising which includes a strong foot print with social media ads which will continuing to drive traffic and push rental income.
Protect and maintain building equipment/assets with the on site maintenance supervisor and team.
Effectively manage/coordinate the vacant apartment turnover process, working closely with vendors, staff and Management.
Comfortable working with annual budgets as well as monthly Profit & Loss Statements.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of property management experience with residential multifamily rental properties
Highly organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
