As a Service Technician Professional you will work closely with your support team: Community Manager, Service Manager, District Manager, Regional Project Manager, and Regional VP.
We are looking for experienced technicians who have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. This position is full time. We want to train you, but experience in multi-family and/or construction is preferred. You want to have basic hand tools and a valid Driver's License with dependable transportation to be eligible. You must have the ability to get on roofs of single-story construction, be comfortable with small spaces as building are constructed on a crawl space, remove snow, and must have a good eye for detail.
General Maintenance Activities: Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal.
