Hi! We are looking for an AirBnb Manager/ Co-Host to manage our property in Indianapolis. We live out of state, so we need someone reliable, efficient, trustworthy, and local to Indy. Position will be paid as 1099 contract/ cash basis, so it will not be a full time salaried role. We assume about 10-15 hours a week depending on occupancy rate.
Duties include:
Upkeep/management of listings on AirBnB, VRBO, and other rental sites. Adjusting nightly prices accordingly to peak seasons.
Communication with potential renters, handling guest questions, and approving rental requests within 24 hours of inquiry. Guest reservation scheduling/cancellations.
All interaction with guests during duration of stay.
Scheduling and management of all guest turnover cleaning.
Scheduling and management of all maintenance (with our approval first).
Re-stocking of all amenities and supplies for guests (coffee, linens, toiletries, etc.).
Going to rental property in between EVERY reservation to ensure proper turnover, restocking, check cleaning was done properly, and prepare for next guests.
Providing any special services requested by the guest and/or offered by the homeowners.
If you have experience with the above, please apply! Do NOT apply if you have never managed a rental property, or have no experience with short term rentals. This position will be long term, as we do not plan to sell anytime soon.
