We are seeking a janitor for the Area!
Responsibilities include:
Cleans and polishes lighting fixture, marble surfaces, and trim.
Cleans and maintains the office, work areas and indoor space, front walkways, sidewalks, decks, walkways, hallways, stairwells, lobby areas, patio areas, amenities
Sweeps mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space.
Cleans/vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
Dusts furniture and equipment
Empties trash and garbage containers and transports trash and waste to disposal area.
Replenishes bathroom supplies.
Replaces light bulbs.
Pressure washing/ leaf blowing in common areas as needed
Requirements:
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
1-2 years of experience is preferred
Experience in the high-rise condominium/hotel is highly preferred.
Must be reliable, hardworking and motivated.
Must be a team player and be able to work with little supervision.
Maintenance knowledge is a plus
