US Quality Furniture Services, Inc. is in search of entry level and experience In-home Furniture Craftsman to service the Indianapolis area. $40,000 - $50,000 annually, Tue Sat, Health benefits, Paid vacation, work independently from home, and full training.
US Quality is long-standing company leading the nation in furniture repair across the nation. Providing outstanding repair service to more than 30 top furniture stores and more over 100 furniture brands from coast to coast.
Responsibilities:
- Review all customer service orders prior to the day of service
- Stock vehicle with necessary tools and supplies needed to repair and complete service orders
- Arrive at customers homes with-in the time frame of the service call
- Remove and reupholster defect materials and fabric on various furniture under warranty
- Troubleshoot and repair manual and motorize recliners
- Document and report repairs made, parts order, and or reschedules via Samsung device
- Clean work area once repair is made and remove defective parts from home
Requirements:
- One-year related experience
- Furniture, leather, and wood repair skills is a plus
- Good customers service skills and experience
- Attention to details
- Valid drivers license
- Dependable work vehicle
- Basic hand tools
- Good Knowledge of area and roadways
- Good communication skills
We provide full training in both furniture repair and customer service to qualifying candidates. Samsung device to photograph and document repairs is provided. Candidate will work independently from home to various customers home. Candidates must pass a complete background check.
