Leadpoint has job openings within a local recycling center. These positions work four ten-hour days and get three days off. Occasionally we will work a Saturday.
The Sorter Picker Recycling Center Jobs work as quality control employees. This entry level position works on a production line environment. This position performs the hand sorting of recyclable materials on a moving conveyor belt. This recycling center job is responsible for removing materials from the belt to prevent contamination of recycled product produced. The recycle position is critical to the operation of the plant and is in demand across the growing recycle industry. Overtime and career growth opportunities are available along with incentives and benefits for the employees.
Requirements:
Identify and sort different recyclables off of a moving conveyor belt.
Lift up to 50 pounds
Keep work area clean
Follow safety rules
Stand at a work station
Shifts Available:
1st Shift works 4:00 am to 2:30 pm.
2nd Shift works 4:00 pm to 2:30 am.
