Fan the Flame, LLC is locally owned franchisee of Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill and is opening the first of many stores in the Indianapolis metro area! We are hiring for all positions and are in urgent search for Guest Services Line Servers.
Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill is a fast-casual concept introducing guests to the best of Middle Eastern Food through a focus on flavors, quality and freshness! Baked fresh pitas, hand-cut salads, and freshly prepared sauces serve to compliment award-winning shawarma chicken and falafel. Founded in 2009 and named Hottest Concept by Nation's Restaurant News in 2016, and one of the Top Movers and Shakers by FastCasual.com in 2017 and 2018.

Requirements:
Enthusiastic and energetic engagement with our GUESTS!
Willing to work varying shifts, weekends, nights, holidays
Able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs
Able to perform essential functions of the position
Able to read/speak English
Duties:
Provide excellent customer service to guests at all times with enthusiasm
Interact with team, manager with positive attitude
Kitchen prep work (we will train you!)
Maintain clean and safe work environment
